Central Retail Vietnam is one of the largest retail corporations in the country. I led a team of developers and BAs to launch a nationwide loyalty program across 87 stores (impacting 5M+ users) and built an Order Management System (OMS) for Supersport, Fitflop, and Crocs, integrating Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. The system scaled to 6,000+ daily orders and 3B VND in peak sales. I managed the end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborated cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and business alignment.

As a Freelance Product Designer, I designed and delivered UI/UX solutions for fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, and AI platforms, conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to optimize engagement and conversion. I built scalable design systems for brand consistency and translated business goals into intuitive user experiences. Collaborating with developers, product managers, and marketers, I brought products from concept to launch, while managing end-to-end client relationships from discovery to post-launch optimization.

As a UX/UI Design Manager at Silicon Stack, a global digital development and consulting company based in Melbourne, I led UX/UI strategy and execution, ensuring business alignment and exceptional user experiences. I conducted user research, market analysis, and stakeholder workshops to refine digital experiences and enhance usability. Collaborating with Product Managers, BAs, and Engineers, I optimized design processes, information architecture, and interaction design. I also mentored a team of 10 designers and BAs, driving innovation, career growth, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact products.
